With the opening of our new honey processing facility we celebrate an industry first with certification developed by WA ChemCentre to protect and help grow the WA honey industry. In June 2017 WA’s Deputy Premier the Hon Roger Cook, officially opened and poured the first jar of honey at our honey processing facility in Oldbury. The development of this state-of-the-art facility was part of a three-year project to establish a new internationally recognized certification process for WA’s unique mono-floral honeys. Managing director and owner of Davies Apiaries, Stephen Davies stated “We’re a family owned and operated business who’ve been producing honeybee products for more than forty years. Davies Apiaries provide first-stage honey extraction, integrated processing and packaging services thereby ensuring all our products meet the stringent standards required by high end and medical grade markets worldwide.
